This page explains what personal data agneart.com collects, why, and who receives it.

Who is responsible

Agnė Kišonaitė, individual activity certificate No. 637458, M. K. Čiurlionio g. 2, 03104 Vilnius, Lithuania. Write to agne@agneart.com about anything on this page.

What I collect and why

When you write to me. The inquiry form sends me your email address, your message, the artwork you asked about and, if you say so, how you found me. I use it only to answer you and to prepare an offer. The form is delivered by Web3Forms. I keep the correspondence for up to three years after our last contact.

When you subscribe to the newsletter. I store your email address with MailerLite and use it to send news about new works and projects. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email, and I then stop writing to you.

When you buy a print. To make and deliver your order I need your name, delivery address, email address and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach me. Your name, address and email are passed to Printumo, which prints the order, and to the courier that delivers it. Lithuanian law requires me to keep order and payment records for ten years. After a purchase, your name and email address are also stored in MailerLite, the newsletter service I use, so that I can ask you about your print; you can unsubscribe from any such email. If you accepted cookies, the purchase and a hashed (encrypted) form of your email address are sent to Meta to measure the ads.

When you accept cookies. Only if you press Accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel record which pages you view and what you view, add to your basket or buy in the shop, the kind of device and browser you use and your approximate location, so I can see how the site is used and measure my advertising. This runs through Cloudflare, which forwards the information from its servers to Google and Meta. If you decline, nothing is sent to them. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

When you open the site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic technical data to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views for me; it uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. Separately, Cloudflare’s Zaraz service, which carries the tracking above, sets two technical cookies from your first visit, whatever you choose; they are listed in the Cookie Policy.

When you watch a video. Some pages show videos hosted by Vimeo or YouTube. When such a page loads, that service receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

Who receives your data

Only the services named above, each for its own task: Cloudflare (hosting and relaying statistics and advertising data), Web3Forms (inquiry form), MailerLite (newsletter), Stripe (payments), Printumo and its couriers (printing and delivery), Google and Meta (statistics and advertising, with your consent), Vimeo and YouTube (video). I do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Some of these companies are based in, or process data in, the United States. They rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time: unsubscribe from the newsletter, or change your choice under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Write to agne@agneart.com and I will answer within 30 days.

If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt.
